1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using DiscoSea's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

DiscoSea provides custom software development services including but not limited to cryptography solutions, point of sale systems, multiplayer game development, artificial intelligence applications, aerospace technologies, and other custom software solutions.

3. Project Terms

Project Scope: All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and specifications.

Payment Terms: Payment schedules and terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, projects require an initial deposit with remaining payments tied to project milestones.

Timeline: Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Changes to requirements may affect delivery dates.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed software and related intellectual property created specifically for their project.

DiscoSea Tools: DiscoSea retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.

Third-Party Components: Some projects may incorporate third-party libraries or components subject to their respective licenses.

5. Confidentiality

DiscoSea maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and proprietary data. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Quality Assurance: We provide software that meets agreed specifications and industry standards.

Bug Fixes: We provide reasonable bug fixes for software defects discovered within 90 days of delivery.

Limitation: Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

7. Support and Maintenance

Ongoing support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements. Basic support for critical issues is typically included for a specified period post-delivery.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for completed work and delivery of materials, will be specified in individual project contracts.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate legal channels.

10. Changes to Terms

DiscoSea reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
